Scientific Library of the Kharkiv National Medical University in overcoming the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and martial law
Abstract
[Editor's Note] The Scientific Library of the Kharkiv National Medical University (SL KhNUM), like many other institutions, had to radically change the way it operates during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, unlike in other places in the world, even after overcoming the pandemic crisis to a degree, the employees and users of this modern information centre were not allowed to return to normal. In spite of the armed invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, in the shadow of falling missiles and with alarm sirens ringing in the background, the library continues to operate.
