Dear Readers, it is our pleasure to announce that the new issue of the “Medical Library Forum” is out. The articles you’ll find inside were inspired by the 40^th Jubilee Problem Conference of Medical Libraries (Cracow, 11-12 September 2023), the summary of which can be found in this issue. It is also a jubilee publication, as the “Forum” has been continuously published for 16 years now. On this occasion, we present an article telling the story of the journal, as well as the plans for its future progress.
