Dear Readers,
it is with great pleasure that I present to you this year’s last issue of our journal. I hope that the articles you find inside will prove to be a fascinating read during these long Winter evenings. I would especially like to point out the article by Iryna Kyrychok, the Director of the Scientific Library of the Kharkiv National Medical University in Ukraine, in which the author discusses the functioning of the library during the Coronavirus pandemic, as well as during the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War. Despite the military invasion of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, the falling missiles and the wailing alarm sirens, this modern information centre still operates, carrying out all its tasks.

z satysfakcją oddaję w Państwa ręce ostatni w tym roku kalendarzowym numer naszego czasopisma. Mam nadzieję, że zamieszczone artykuły staną się w długie zimowe wieczory zajmującą lekturą. Szczególną uwagę chciałabym zwrócić na artykuł Pani Iryny Kyryczok – Dyrektora Biblioteki Naukowej Charkowskiego Narodowego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Ukrainie, w którym autorka podejmuje kwestie funkcjonowania biblioteki w czasie pandemii koronawirusa oraz trwającej wojny rosyjsko-ukraińskiej. Mimo inwazji zbrojnej Federacji Rosyjskiej na Ukrainę, spadających rakiet i wycia syren alarmowych, to nowoczesne centrum informacyjne nadal funkcjonuje wypełniając wszystkie swoje zadania.
