Data management plan (DMP) in the academic library. New tasks and tools
Abstract
The requirements which the funding institutions expected from the applicants for grants include more and more often the criterion of opening research data and preparing data management plans. Due to doubts of the academic staff related to the process of depositing data and preparation of DMP, academic libraries provide services related to information, training and presentation of tools facilitating this process. The article aims to introduce this new role for libraries and to identify websites and tools useful for its implementation.
